I was in and out in 45 minutes with my Look 595. No issues at all.

The team is super friendly, and the extra details you receive after your repair is finished are fantastic.

This will forever be my preferred repair shop, no matter how far away it is.

I just can't find anything to criticize about how professional these guys are.

I got a MiRider bike last Thursday, and it showed up on Friday afternoon. Everything was just right, and I started using it that very evening. Awesome service, definitely would suggest it.

Dropped a grand with Team Cycles, and the bike showed up with a messed-up disc brake adapter, as my local mechanic pointed out. Team Cycles just didn’t care! They’re haggling over a measly £20. Super let down.

I purchased the Trek Domane SL 6 from Team Cycles. It was supposed to arrive via DPD, but they wouldn’t deliver it to my apartment, so it got sent back to Team Cycles. I was pretty annoyed and reached out to them. Even though it wasn’t their fault that DPD didn’t want to deliver, they contacted DPD, added some delivery notes, and kept me in the loop throughout. Liam was super helpful during this whole thing, and I ended up getting it delivered the next day on the second try. I’d definitely suggest them to anyone looking to buy a bike.

Fantastic support throughout the process. I rang them up to get some detailed info, and the helpful team answered all my queries. I placed an order for a bike on Monday, and it showed up by Wednesday lunchtime. The courier (DPD) came right within the hour they promised in the text. I'd definitely suggest Team Cycles to anyone looking.

I brought my bike in for some servicing, and it required a fair amount of repairs. Setting up the presales service was a breeze, and the mechanic really nailed it. My bike was ready in just 2 hours and was running like a dream. The staff were super friendly, and the service was top-notch. I’d definitely recommend Team Cycles without a doubt!

I recently purchased an electric Trek Domaine, and when I attempted to use the assistance feature, it was completely non-functional. My wife and I ended up driving 120 miles back to Team Cycles to get it sorted out. We had to leave the bike with them for repairs. Once they fixed it, I was shocked when they offered to deliver it back to me. They really came through, and that’s what I call top-notch service! Top-notch service, would definitely suggest. I ordered a bike on Thursday, and it was assembled and ready for pickup by Friday afternoon. Picked it up today (Saturday), and my daughter is absolutely thrilled with it; she's already been riding around the neighborhood showing it off to her friends, haha.

I ran into a problem with a recently bought ebike from Team Cycles, and let me tell ya, they were super helpful in sorting it out without any fuss. Tim kept the lines of communication open, and I really appreciate that. Big thanks!

I got some advice from the so-called workshop manager about which rear cassette I should get for my ebike, claiming it was different from the one in the picture I showed. Because of that, I ended up buying two from another company that had them in stock. They didn’t fit right away, and when I tried to get one installed, it turned out they were the wrong ones. The one I originally suggested was actually the right choice. When I pointed this out, there was no help at all, and now I’m stuck trying to sell them to get the correct part. Make sure you know what you need before making a purchase, and be cautious of other people's recommendations!

I placed an order for a 2021 Trex Powerfly 4 on Tuesday night, put down a deposit, and got my finance approved. Then, on Wednesday morning, I got a call from Team Cycles. They seemed puzzled that I could even place the order since it won’t be available until September. They offered me a couple of choices: they’d try to find something similar, but they didn’t sound too hopeful, or I could just cancel my order. So, I went ahead and cancelled. It’s kinda funny, though—I checked their website later and saw I could still order it... supposedly one left in stock. Seems like either they’ve got some really poor admin going on or they just want to take your cash and push something else on you. I’d steer clear if I were you.

Incredibly disappointing experience. I placed an order for a bike costing (£2500) on January 7 and got a confirmation saying, "We will prepare this item quickly and carefully and have it dispatched in 4 days."

A week went by, and I hadn’t heard a peep from them (except for the fact that they charged my credit card). When I called, I found out that not only was the bike not shipped, but it wasn’t even available in stock!

Honestly, it feels pretty shady to take my money when they had no way to fulfill the order, and to top it off, they didn’t even bother to reach out and let me know.

I was on the hunt to enhance my ride with a full suspension, and after doing some digging online, I stumbled upon Teamcycles. I can't express enough gratitude to Peter and the whole crew at Teamcycles for their assistance in selecting my new bike. Peter went over all the details I needed to understand and even got the bike ready for me when I came to collect it. I’d definitely suggest this company to anyone!

Absolutely amazing, highly suggest it! I got my first road bike, a Trek Amonda SLR. I didn’t know much about bikes, but the service I got was beyond great. I even went back to grab a helmet, cycling shoes, and some gear instead of just ordering online. Definitely worth stopping by since they’ve got everything you could want, and the whole experience was fantastic.
